At Bella Luna Gowns, we want you to feel radiant in your selection; if your dress isn't the perfect fit, we accept returns on unworn items with tags attached within 30 days of delivery. Please note that custom-sized gowns and final sale items are ineligible for return to maintain our high standards of quality and exclusivity.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.

  Package with Care

  Place the gown in its original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and security seals remain intact and undamaged.

• 3.
  Label and Ship

  Print your prepaid shipping label and drop off the package at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of approval.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our atelier inspects the garment, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-10 business days.
